SkySet Entertainment proudly announces its upcoming English dub release of Osamu Tezuka’s A Time Slip of 10,000 Years: Prime Rose, coming to Blu-ray for the first time in North America. Slated for June 14th, this remastered edition will revive a long-lost gem from the God of Manga with a modern, high-quality dub produced by a passionate team of creators and voice actors.

This anime was part of the charity event 24-Hour Television: Love Saves the Earth. The original work of the same name was serialized in Weekly Shonen Champion from July 1982 to June 1983. However, at the time the anime project was proposed, the manga had not yet finished, so a new synopsis was written specifically for the film.

A powerful entity known as Death Mask hurls Kujukuri City, Japan, and Dallas, Texas, 10,000 years into the future, reshaping them into a ruthless battleground where only the strongest survive. Determined to shatter this tyrant’s hold on time itself, Gai Tanbara ventures into the dystopian future. Along the way, he meets Emiya, a fierce warrior fighting to reclaim her city from the darkness. Together, they confront the horrors of a shattered world and the sinister forces threatening the fate of humanity!

Now, over 40 years later, Prime Rose receives its first-ever official Blu-ray release and English dub in North America.

The English dub cast for A Time Slip of 10,000 Years: Prime Rose includes:

KyLeigh Zimmerer as Emiya Tachi

Jacob Eiseman as Gai Tanbara

Christina Assaf Costello as Bunretsu Tanbara

David Wald as Pilar

John Swasey as Jinba

Bryan Massey, Bradley Gareth, and many more

The dub is directed by Phebe Fabacher and engineered by Hayden Davis, with adaptation by Kym Rose and timecoding by Ralph Villegas.
